Begin by filling out our contact form above. Let us know your travel preferences and what you envision for your trip to Japan.

Outline Your Travel Plan

We'll create an initial outline of your trip, including a rough budget. This outline will give you a general idea of what your trip could look like. We’ll then discuss this outline with you to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

Receive Your Itinerary and Quote

Within 5 working days, we will send you a detailed itinerary and a quote for your approval.

Confirm Your Trip with a Deposit

Secure your trip by paying a 20% deposit of the total cost. This enables us to proceed with booking your journey.

Arrive and Enjoy

Upon your arrival in Japan, a welcome pack will await you at your hotel. This includes your train tickets and a small welcome gift from our team.

Consultation with Our Travel Experts

One of our travel consultant will reach out to you. We'll discuss your requirements over an online call or through email to understand what you're looking for in your journey.

Initiate Detailed Planning with a Deposit

To start the detailed planning process, we ask for a $500 planning fee. This amount will be credited against the total cost of your trip later.

Feedback and Adjustments

Review the itinerary and let us know your thoughts. We're dedicated to making necessary adjustments until you are completely happy with every part of your trip.

Complete Final Payment

The remaining balance of your trip is due 1 month before your arrival in Japan.
