"Connecting to Yatsugatake" is designed for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the sustainable landscape of Yatsugatake. Throughout the journey, travelers will engage in responsible tourism, contributing positively to the local community. The tour features special activities such as permaculture farming experiences, natural winery tours, yoga lunches, and cultural horseback riding, allowing participants to deeply connect with the Yatsugatake lifestyle.

Judge's Comment
As the first travel company in Japan to receive international certification in the field of sustainable tourism, Tricolage focuses on connecting travelers and local communities through sustainable practices. At the start of the journey, travelers are asked to sign a "Responsible Traveler Guidelines" pledge. Upon completion of the trip, a portion of the accommodation fees is donated to one of three selected charitable organizations, chosen by the traveler. The tour also includes stays at internationally certified accommodations and features the participation of local residents who support the program's objectives.
