We’ll create an initial outline of your trip, including a rough budget. This outline will give you a general idea of what your trip could look like. We’ll then discuss this outline with you to be aligned with your expectations.
To start the detailed planning process, we ask for a $500 planning fee. This amount will be credited against the total cost of your trip later.
Within 5 working days, we will send you a detailed itinerary and a quote for your approval.
Review the itinerary and let us know your thoughts. We’ll make adjustments until you are completely happy with your trip.
Secure your trip by paying a 30% deposit of the total cost. This enables us to proceed with booking your journey.
The remaining balance of your trip is due 2 months before your arrival in Japan.
Upon your arrival in Japan, a welcome pack will await you at your hotel. This includes your train tickets and a small welcome gift from our team.
